Why we built Klientel

Klientel was founded by Prabhu and Priya after years of watching great D2C products fail — not because they were bad, but because the brands behind them were invisible, unclear, or unmemorable.

Prabhu brings deep expertise in brand strategy, creative direction, and consumer psychology. His background spans media, brand building, and strategic positioning — including work with major Indian media groups. Priya brings the growth engine: performance marketing, data analytics, and the systems thinking needed to turn brand investment into measurable revenue.

Together, they built Klientel around a single belief: a brand that is well-positioned, well-present, and well-marketed will always outgrow one that isn't. The 4-step framework — Audit, Positioning, Presence, Performance — is the systematic application of that belief.
